Sandwell Visually Impaired (SVI) is a user led, not for profit, charitable incorporated organisation (CIO). We aim to make living in Sandwell better for people with sight loss.
Our members are visually impaired themselves, or actively support people who are. Over three quarters of our Board of Trustees are visually impaired.
We offer information and a range of support services to anyone who is affected by sight loss. Find out more about our groups and our activities. We have a huge variety of events and activities on offer, most of which are free.
We want to make sure that people with sight loss are treated fairly and equally, locally and nationally. The more members we have, the stronger our voice. We support our members to express their views. We take part in consultations and other forums where we can make a difference.
